Integration Server can open JMX port using a setting in the com.software.jmx.connector.pid-port.properties file located in the Software AG_directory \profiles\IS_instance_name\configuration\com.softwareag.platform.config.propsloader directory, where instance_name is the name of the Integration Server instance.
