The Response Processing Step (REST/XML)

1. In CentraSite Control, display the details page of REST/XML virtual service. For procedures for this step, see Viewing or Editing Virtualized Services.

3. Select the Response Processing tab. This tab includes one Error Messaging step, one or more Transform steps and one or more webMethods IS Service steps as follows.

Step	Description
Error Messaging	Specifies the error responses for the virtual REST/XML service. Alternatively, you can have global error responses for all virtual services that are configured using Mediator's Service Fault Configuration screen, as described in Administering webMethods Mediator.
Transform	Specifies the XSLT transformation file to transform the response payloads from XML format to the format required by the consumer.
webMethods IS Service	Specifies the webMethods IS services to process the response message from the native service before it is returned to the consuming application. For more information, see Invoking webMethods IS Services in Virtual Services.
