CloudStreams uses the Integration Server's JDBC connection pool to publish the performance metrics and events. To enable CloudStreams to publish performance metrics and events to the CloudStreams Analytics dashboard, you must set the options described in Setting the Database Options for Publishing Performance Metrics and Events.
