Using the webMethods Metering Diagnostic Tool
For optimal performance of webMethods Metering, the default metering log level is WARN. At the first startup, webMethods Metering creates the Software AG_directory \common\metering\storage directory that contains the local files for the internal caching. Any errors that might occur are recorded in the system logs of the webMethods product that uses the metering.
The following table shows what you can do if you encounter any errors in the system logs.

Make sure that the server in the metering configuration is accessible from your environment.
