If you are working with a single Integration Server, use the following procedure to configure a connection from the Process Engine on that Integration Server to the Task Engine on My webMethods Server.

If you are working in a clustered Integration Server environment, all of the Process Engines in the cluster typically share a single instance of webMethods Broker (deprecated), a Process Engine database component, or both. In this situation, use the following procedure to connect from any Process Engine in the cluster to the Task Engine on My webMethods Server; by doing so, communications will be established with all Process Engines in the cluster.
