Applying Sorting Order to Records
You can sort on columns of parent and child objects.
1. On the Menu toolbar, click Manage > Manage Data.
2. Navigate to the conceptual object you want to view and select it.
3. Click New UI Preview.
4. In the relevant column header, click 
. 5. Select the sort option for the object record:
Ascending. Sorts the record rows in ascending order.
Descending. Sorts the record rows in descending order.
Reset Sort. Clears sorting (ascending or descending, and column order) applied to the column.
6. If required, repeat steps 4 through 5 in the sort order you want to apply.
