Changing the Relationship of a Record
Performing a Search and Replace in Conceptual Objects
In OneData, there are several options for updating the data in existing records:
*Editing records—Edit the data in one or multiple records.
*Update bulk records—Update the value of one or more columns with the same value(s) simultaneously. This option is only available to conceptual objects that are defined to display in advanced parent-child view. For information about using this feature, see Bulk Updating Records.
*Search and replace in records—Search for a specified value in existing records and replace it a different value.
*Copy a record—Create a new record by copying the data in an existing record and updating unique fields accordingly. This option is only available to conceptual objects that are defined to display in advanced parent-child view. For information about using this feature, see Copying Records.
You must have security privilege to edit records.
Note: Primary key column and non-editable fields will be displayed in read-only mode.
