Editing Records
Use the Edit menu to update data in one or more records.
* To edit one or more records
1. On the Menu toolbar, click Manage > Manage Data.
2. Navigate to the relevant object and select it.
3. Display the records associated with the object, doing one of the following:
*Click Display Values to display all the records associated with the object.
*Enter filtering criteria to display only records that match specific values or select a saved filter from Select a Filter. Click Apply Filter.
Note: Click Save Filter to save this filter for future use.
4. Edit one or multiple records as follows:
*To edit a single record, click the Edit icon for the corresponding record.
*To edit multiple records, select the check boxes for the corresponding records and click Edit > Edit Multiple.
Note: If you do not select any records to update, OneData displays all the records associated with the object. The number of rows that displays on a page is defined in the Number of rows for edit preference in Personalize > Preferences. For more information about this field, see OneData Personalization.
OneData displays the selected records.
5. Edit the values as needed, adding audit comments for historic purposes.
6. Click Save.
