Viewing the Object Definition
The advanced definition of an object displays the details for external services, including the clickable link, the OneData Anywhere link, and external services properties. If the object is a data object, the advanced definition includes information on the structure of the object. If the object is part of a hierarchy, the object relationships (parent or child relationships), also display in the advanced definition.
In Nova mode, the View > Definition menu displays object details. Users with sufficient privileges can edit the object from the Edit > Edit Definition menu. For more information about working with advanced properties, see Advanced Object Properties.
* To view the object definition
1. On the Menu toolbar, click View > Browse.
2. Navigate to the object that you want to view and select it.
3. Click View > Definition.
4. Expand the Advanced Definition properties to view the link to the object.
