Editing Records
Access the edit menu from the Values tab to update the data in one or more records.
* To edit one or more records
1. On the Menu toolbar, click Manage > Manage Data.
2. Navigate to the relevant object and select it.
3. Display the records associated with the object, doing one of the following:
*Click the Values tab to display all the records associated with the object.
*Enter filtering criteria to display only records that match specific values and click Next.
4. Edit one or multiple records as follows:
*To edit a single record, click the Edit icon for the corresponding record.
*To edit multiple records, select the check boxes for the corresponding records and click Edit > Edit Multiple.
Note: If you do not select records and click Edit Multiple, OneData displays all the records associated with the object. The number of rows that display depend on the value of the Number of rows for edit field. For more information about personalization preferences, see Personalizing OneData .
OneData displays the selected records.
5. Edit the values as needed, adding audit comments for historic purposes.
6. Click Save.
