Purging Records
Records that have been logically deleted can be physically purged from the database. Purged records are permanently deleted and no longer available in OneData.
* To purge a record
1. On the Menu toolbar, click Manage > Manage Data.
2. Navigate to the object that you want to edit and select it.
3. To display the records associated with the object, do one of the following:
*Click the Values tab to display all the records associated with the object.
*Enter filtering criteria to display only records that match specific values. Click Next.
4. Select the records to be purged and click Delete > Purge.
OneData displays the logically deleted records for the selected object.
5. Select the records you want to purge and click Purge to permanently delete them.
Note: Before you purge a record, you should determine the impact on the downstream (distribution) system.
