Logically Deleting Records
You can delete a single record by selecting the Delete icon next to the record in the display grid or delete multiple records by marking the check box next to each record to be deleted.
Note: You must have the required security privileges to delete records.
* To logically delete a record
1. On the Menu toolbar, click Manage > Manage Data.
2. Navigate to the object that you want to edit and select it.
3. To display the records associated with the object, do one of the following:
*Click the Values tab to display all the records associated with the object.
*Enter filtering criteria to display only records that match specific values. Click Next.
4. Delete one or multiple records as follows:
*To delete a single record, click the Delete icon for the corresponding record.
*To delete multiple records, select the records and click Delete > Delete.
OneData logically deletes the selected record(s) from view, but retains them in the database.
