Viewing Filter Settings
The detailed log of the records can be viewed through View > Audit Trail. If this option is selected without selecting any specific records, it is similar to the Data Audit log whereby all transactions of that particular object are displayed.
To view the filter details
1. On the Menu toolbar, click View > Browse.
2. Navigate to the object that you want to view and select it.
3. To display the records associated with the object, do one of the following:
Click the
Values tab to display all the records associated with the object.
Enter filtering criteria to display only records that match specific values. Click
Next.
4. Click View > Filter settings
OneData displays the current filter.
