Viewing Records
When you select an object,
OneData may display filter options for narrowing the records displayed (depending on the object definition). For information about using filters, see
Filtering Data in OneData
.
To view records associated to an object
1. On the Menu toolbar, click View > Browse.
2. Navigate to the object that you want to view and select it.
3. To display the records associated with the object, do one of the following:
Click the
Values tab to display all the records associated with the object.
Enter filtering criteria to display only records that match specific values. Click
Next.
OneData displays the records for the selected object, applying filters, if specified in the filtering fields.
