Viewing the Object’s Advanced Definition
The advanced definition of an object displays the details for external services, including the clickable link, the OneData Anywhere link, and external services properties. If the object is a data object, the advanced definition includes information on the structure of the object. If the object is part of a hierarchy, the object relationships (parent or child relationships), also display in the advanced definition.
The Advanced Definition tab also includes a shortcut to edit the object definition for users with sufficient privileges. For more information about working with advanced properties, see Advanced Object Properties.
* To view the advanced definition of an object
1. On the Menu toolbar, click View > Browse.
2. Navigate to the object that you want to view and select it.
3. Click the Advanced Definition tab to view the complete object details.
