OneData has comprehensive logging and auditing that tracks each change to data and object structures. The Data Manager module provides options for showing or hiding audit data when viewing records. For more information about viewing and filtering records, see webMethods OneData User’s Guide.
OneData provides a central console for viewing the following types of log and audit information:
*DML Log: Data Manipulation Language log that tracks all changes made to object records. For more information, see Viewing DML Logs.
*DDL Log: Data Definition Language log that tracks all structure changes to objects, including create, alter, and drop actions executed on the physical tables. These are changes in the underlying database. For more information, see Viewing DDL Logs.
*Message Log: Tracks all inbound messages that are sent to OneData’s inbound queue. For more information, see Viewing Message Logs.
*Usage Audit: Track usage events of users. For more information, see Viewing Usage Audit Logs.
*Metadata Audit: Track changes within a specific OneData module, including changes to data objects, system objects, remote snapshots, and metadata objects. For more information, see Viewing Metadata Audit Logs.
*Data Audits: Tracks the changes made to the records through the Data Manager module. For more information, see Viewing Data Audit Logs.
