Creating Archive Snapshot Objects
You can create archive snapshot only for a data object. The archive snapshot is created in the same folder of the base data object. The data in an archive snapshot can be viewed only in the Release area, however, its structure can be viewed in Work area. Every change made in the base object is reflected in its corresponding archive snapshot object.
* To create an archive snapshot of a data object
1. On the Menu toolbar, click Define > Objects and navigate to the object of which you want to create a archive snapshot.
2. Under Definition tab, click Create Archive Snapshot Object.
