Disabling a Workflow Rule
You can disable a workflow rule that is assigned to an object without deleting the rule. When you disable a rule, it temporarily suspends the execution of the corresponding workflow process.
To disable the workflow rule
1. On the Menu toolbar, click Define > Objects and navigate to the required object.
2. Click the object name and select the Workflow Rules tab.
3. Select the disable check box next to the workflow rule assigned.
4. Click Save.
Note: To enable the rule again, clear the check box and click Save.
