Manipulating an Approved Version
If necessary, you can manipulate an approved version using data objects. Data objects in Versioned Hierarchy follow the same rules as any regular data object. That is, access to the object is based on the security privileges assigned to you for that particular object.
To manage an approved version
1. On the Menu toolbar, click Manage > Manage Data.
2. Select the data object in the hierarchy.
3. Filter on approved Version and click Next.
4. Select the records to be updated and make the required changes and click Save.
