Adding Favorites Using a Search
In OneData, you can add multiple objects or reports to your Favorites using the search feature. This feature is a useful shortcut when you know the names of the objects that you want to save to your favorites list.
To add favorites using a search
1. On the Menu toolbar, click Personalize > Favorites.
2. Click Add or Add Multiple.
3. In the Add New Favorite table, define the following:
a. Select the object type in the Object Type.
b. Select the object name in the Object list.
c. Optionally, specify a custom name for this favorite in the Object Name field.
Note: This names the link to the object in your favorites, but does not rename the object itself.
4. Click Save.
OneData saves all the selected objects as favorites in your profile.
