Personalizing Objects
OneData allows you to set user-level defaults for how individual objects display. These display properties are saved and applied to the selected object in every new OneData session. Object personalization settings override the object-level configurations that are defined in the object definition.
The ability to personalize objects is available only if the Enable User Personalization field is selected in the general system properties (Administer > System > System Properties). (This property is configured by the administrator.) For more information, see Administering webMethods OneData.
You can define the following object-level personalizations:
*Default column sort order: Define the order in which columns display for the selected object. Click Clear Object Personalization to clear the user settings and revert to the original column order.
*Manage default sort columns: Define the sort order of records.
*Set Default Values: Define the default values that are pre-populated in records when creating new records or editing existing ones.
For more information on object configuration, see Implementing webMethods OneData.
