Viewing Favorites History
The View Audit for Favorites icon on the Shortcut toolbar provides a shortcut to view the changes made to the data in objects saved in your Favorites list.
Note: The View Audit for Favorites icon is disabled in the release area.
* To view favorites history
1. On the Shortcut toolbar, click the View Audit for Favorites icon.
OneData displays the history of changes between previous login date and the current login date, if any, to the objects saved in your favorites.
Optionally, you can toggle the update history between transaction type or record.
2. Click Export to Excel to save the data in an Excel spreadsheet.
