Search Operators
OneData uses standard SQL search operators to perform basic and advanced queries. The following table describes the advanced filtering options.

In filters, the relational columns, such as, foreign-keys, may be configured to display values in either a lookup (pop-up window) or in a list box. If the column filter displays as a lookup, you can select multiple values as search criteria. However, if the column filter is a list box, you can only select one value to apply in the filter.
Specify din the format Personalize > Preferences.
* To apply a filter on records
1. On the Menu toolbar, click Manage > Manage Data.
2. Navigate to the object you want to edit or view and select it.
Note: Ensure that advanced filtering is enabled on the Shortcut toolbar.
3. Enter search criteria in the relevant fieldTable 5.
*Narrow the results for an and query by entering the required criteria in multiple fields. OneData returns search results for records that meet all of the specified criteria.
*Create a complex query in the Explicit “Where” Clause field. Use the column selector and arrows to add a column to the query.
*In reference columns that are defined as a lookup, you can select multiple values from the lookup to create an or search condition. Select the filter values and click Save Values to add the values to the query. Click Clear Value to deselect entries.
Tip: Click Save Filter to save the filter for future use (not available in Default mode).
*The # symbol beside a column indicates that a filter must be specified in the field.
4. Click Apply Filter.
OneData returns the records that meet the specified criteria. In Nova mode, for network recursive objects, the number of records that meet the specified filter criteria is also displayed beside the object name in the tree view.
