Creating a Hook Execution Export Job

*Resynchronize: Synchronizes the target database based on the OneData database as follows:
*Records that are new in OneData, but are not present in the target database are inserted into the target database.
*Records present in both OneData and the target database, but modified only in OneData are modified in the target database as well.
*Records deleted in OneData, but present in the target database are deleted. Any record present only in the target database is not affected by this process.
*Delete and Reinsert: Deletes and re-inserts a records that are present in both OneData and the target database. If a record deleted in OneData is not present in the target database, all records in the target database are deleted.
