Skipping Default Value in Show “as of date” records
For temporal objects, the filter screen in the data manager has an additional filter option Show “as of date” records. By default, this field shows the current date. If you want you can skip this default value in the filter screen by editing the object definition.
To skip the default value in Show “as of date” records
1. On the Menu toolbar, click Define > Objects and navigate to the temporal object.
2. In the field for Additional Qualifiers, click the Select Values icon.
3. In the pop up, select the qualifier Skip default 'as of date (Temporal) from the Available Qualifers.
4. Use the Navigate arrow to move the selected qualifier to the list of Selected Qualfiers.
5. Click Set Values.
6. Click Save in the object definition screen.
