Downloading Service Audit Logs for Inbound Requests
You can download the service audit logs for inbound requests from the Job Center by filtering on the job type and object.
To download the service audit log for an inbound request
1. On the Menu toolbar, click Administer > Job Center.
2. Specify the filter criteria:
a. In Job Type, select Import.
b. Optionally, in Job Name, enter the import job name.
3. Click Next to view the import jobs that match the specified filter criteria.
4. In View Job, click View Log for the relevant service request.
All job steps are listed in the Job Log screen.
5. In Download File, click the job step link named Job_Log_Job Step ID .
OneData saves the service audit log file to the location configured in your browser for downloaded files.
