Verifying Internet Options Settings in Internet Explorer
Kerberos-based SSO should work by default in Internet Explorer. However, verify if the relevant Internet Options are set up as required.
1. In the Internet Explorer menu bar, navigate to Tools > Internet Options.
2. Click Security, follow these steps:
a. Select the zone Local Intranet.
b. Click Sites, and unselect Automatically detect intranet network.
c. Select all the enabled options:
*Include all local (intranet) sites not listed
*Include all sites that bypass the proxy server
*Include all network paths (UNCs)
d. Click Advanced and ensure that the Windows Server address is listed in the Websites: list.

e. Click Close and OK to return to the Security screen.
f. Click Custom Level... and scroll to Security Settings > User Authentication.
g. Select Automatic logon only in Intranet zone, if not already selected.
3. If you have a proxy server configured, include the server domain by doing the following:
a. In Connections > LAN Settings > Proxy Server, select Use a proxy server for your LAN.
b. Click Advanced > Exceptions, add Active Directory domain name.
