Associating User Roles with Hook Commands
To associate a hook command with a user role
1. On the Menu toolbar, click Define > Objects.
2. Navigate to the object you want to edit, and select it.
3. Click the Hooks tab.
4. Click Manage Hook Commands.
5. Click Add Hook Command.
a. Complete the hook command definition fields.
b. In the Associated Hook field, select the hook command.
c. In the Associated Roles field, click the related roles, and then click the right arrow key to add the roles to the Selected Roles pane.
6. Click Save.
