Creating A New Folder And Moving Objects To New Folder
You can create a new folder in OneData to organize your objects.
* To create a new folder and move objects to new folder
1. On the Menu toolbar, click Define > Objects and navigate to the location in which you want to create a folder.
2. In the Manage Folders menu, click Add Folder.
3. Under Folder Details, enter the folder Name and Description (optional).
4. Click Save.
5. To move an object to this new folder:
a. Select the object that you want to move.
b. Click the Folders tab.
c. Select the check boxes of all the folders in which you want the object to display.
Tip: To remove an object from a folder, clear the check box.
d. Click Save.
