Configuring Caching Properties for In-Memory
After you verify the in-memory caching provider name in the onedata.properties file as described in Verifying Terracotta Configuration in OneData , you must configure the cache to use the in-memory feature.
* To configure caching
1. Navigate to the directory Software AG_directory \profiles\ODE\bin\onedata\config directory.
2. Open the onedata.properties file.
3. Set the caching properties as shown below:
a. To enable in-memory caching, set onedata.inmemorycaching.enabled=true.
b. To enable object data to load, set onedata.inmemorycaching.loaddata.enabled=true.
c. To enable the user metadata cache to load on system startup, set onedata.inmemorycaching.usermetacache.loadonstartup=true.
4. Save and close the file.
