Viewing a Change Request
You can view change requests with any status through the View > Collaboration Queues > Change Requests menu.
* To view a closed change request
1. On the Menu toolbar, click View > Collaboration Queues > Change Requests.
2. Specify the filter criteria and click Next. Filters are optional.
Note: OneData performs and searches on the specified criteria.
Filter Criterion
Description
Type
Choose an option based on your role in the change request:
*Requests I created
*Requests I am member of
*All Requests
Note: If you do not have the ADMIN role, you cannot specify All Requests in the filter.
Status
The statuses of the change request.
Requester
The user who requested the change. Click the Select Values icon to display a list of users. Select a single user by clicking the user name or select multiple users by selecting the corresponding check boxes and then clicking Set Values.
Assigned To
The user who is assigned to the request. Click the Select Values icon to display a list of users. Select a single user by clicking the user name or select multiple users by selecting the corresponding check boxes and then clicking Set Values
Object
The object assigned to the change request.
Change Request Number Range
A range of numbers assigned to the change request.
Create Date
The date range during which the change request was created.
Last Update Date
The date range during which the change request was last updated.
3. To view more details about a change request, click the corresponding CR#.
4. Click Refresh to see the latest changes in the change requests.
