Enforcing Change Requests for an Object
You must enable change request functionality in an object to restrict changes to it. The property, Show In Change Request, in the object definition determines whether changes to an object must be approved.
Guest/Anonymous users can use change request functionality. OneData Anywhere also provides this functionality.
* To enable change request in an object
1. On the Menu toolbar, click Define > Objects and select the desired object.
2. Select the Show In Change Request property.
3. Click Save.
The change request functionality will now list the object and its columns.
