Accessing an Object’s Deep Link

A deep link enables you to access all records in the selected object. After accessing the deep link, you can refine it by specifying filter criteria, logical operators, and child filters, as discussed in following sections.

To access a deep link

1. On the Menu toolbar, click Manage > Manage Data .

2. Navigate to the object you want to view and select it.

3. Use the option that corresponds to the object’s display mode to find the deep link:

In Default mode: click the Advanced Definition tab.

In Nova mode: click View Definition.

4. Expand the External Services properties and select the link from the Deep Link field.
