Using the Palette
The process development palette contains most of the key process components you need to build a business process model, including:
*Task activities
*Call activity
*Subprocess activity
*Events
*Gateways
*Transitions
*Notes and annotations
Note: The palette does not contain an entry for all possible boundary events. For more information, seeAdding a Boundary Intermediate Event.
* To add a palette object to the process editor's canvas
1. On the process editor palette, click the object you want to add to your process.
2. Click the process editor canvas where you want to place the new object.
Tip: To add multiple instances of an object from the palette, hold down the CTRL key when you place the first instance on the canvas. You can then add an additional object of that type with each successive click as long as the CTRL key is held down.
