Web Service Descriptor Editor Preferences
Use the Web Service Descriptor Editor Preferences to specify the encoding Designer uses when creating a web service descriptor from a WSDL with a URL that contains characters that do not comply with the URL Specification.

Encoding for WSDL URL
Specifies the encoding that Designer uses when creating a consumer web service descriptor or a WSDL first provider web services descriptor from a WSDL whose URL contains special characters.
If you select the Encoding for WSDL URL check box, do one of the following:
*To use the default platform encoding, select Default.
*To specify an encoding other than the platform default, select Other. Then select the encoding from the list next to Other.
