Rule project migration via Public API fails in AIX environment.

On AIX OS, invoking the Rules REST API servicePUT http://%mws_host%:%port%/wm_rma/rest/raw/project/%ruleProjectName%with a rule project created in a version prior to 9.9 results in an HTTP error 400 and a “RuleProjectTransformationException ... “.

This issue has been resolved.
