ALWAYS is listed as an assignable constant in Software AG Designer.

When using the Condition Value Modification dialog in Software AG Designer, ALWAYS is listed as a selectable option in the Constants tab. If you select this option, it is not evaluated properly at runtime.

This issue has been resolved.
