When Infrastructure Data Collector monitors Apama and Terracotta servers, the IDC process might have very high memory usage and the process might crash. The issue occurs because of an out of memory exception.

On the KPI Instance Details page in My webMethods, the reading of the OutstandingEvents KPI might be incorrect.
Infrastructure Data Collector might fail to properly capture the outstanding events information for Universal Messaging named objects. As a result, the KPI Instance Details page might display an incorrect value for the OutstandingEvents KPI.
