Usage Notes
This section provides any additional information you need to work with the current release of Software AG Designer.
The Eclipse update sites listed in Window > Preferences > Install/Update > Available Software Sites have been disabled. Software AG does not recommend using these sites to update Designer’s Eclipse platform because doing so might have undesired consequences. Use the Software AG Update Manager to apply updates to Designer.
Opening an editor freezes the Designer workstation due to a gtk bug https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=686838.
To work around the problem, add the following Java option in the ‘eclipse.ini’ file:
Dorg.eclipse.swt.internal.gtk.disablePrinting
