When Designer is launched for the first time from the Start menu, the following error message appears: “An internal error occurred during: "Setup check". There is no eclipse.launcher property defined”. This error message can be ignored and does not notify any problem with the Designer setup. This issue occurs due to Eclipse bugs 471731 and 464122.

This issue is resolved.
