The issue is resolved. The vulnerable version 3.11 of the library is now upgraded to a more secure version (3.17).

The Database Component Configurator might require database administrator access or fail to create some of the components for My webMethods Server. This issue occurs when executing My webMethods Server database scripts on an Azure non-dbo schema.
