When a user, defined in an LDAP directory service attempts to log into My webMethods, My webMethods Server might become unresponsive intil restarted. This issue occurs when the LDAP directory service is configured to use Kerberos authentication.
As a workaround to this issue, switch back to using the LDAP directory service without Kerberos authentication by deselecting the Use Kerberos option in the directory service configuration.
