Go to the old_Software AG_directory/profiles/CTP/configuration/com.softwareag.platform.config.propsloader/com.softwareag.security.ldap.pid.properties directory and copy all files to the new_Software AG_directory/profiles/CTP/configuration/com.softwareag.platform.config.propsloader directory.
