Change the Status of an Instance or Component
1. Go to Environments > All > Instances.
2. Open the tree for the instance, click the Status icon for the instance or component, and click the desired action. Different actions are available for different instances. Most actions self-explanatory. Pause and resume work differently for different product instances; see the product documentation for details.
3. To view the log for a product instance, click the Logs tab. If you want to download logs (for example, because you want to compare them, or use tools to process them), do the following:
Download | Action |
One log | Click for that log. |
Multiple logs | Hold down the Shift or Ctrl key and select the log rows. Click and then click Download selected logs. |
All logs | Click Download selected logs without selecting any log. |
