Viewing Workflow Dashboards
 
Saving the Data Displayed in Dashboard
You can view the workflow dashboards only if you have the appropriate privilege. For more information about setting the privilege, see Administering webMethods OneData.
To view workflow dashboard
1. On the Menu toolbar, go to View > Dashboards.
2. Under Report Type, click Workflow Report.
OneData loads MashZone.
3. Click any tab on top of the screen to see the workflow report in the desired format.

Tip:  
Click the icon on bottom left of the screen to zoom the dashboard or fit the view to window.
4. If you click Transactions, provide the filter criteria to see the corresponding graph.
Note:  
The filter performs and operation among the criteria that you provide.
Filter Criterion
Description
Time Filter
An interactive calendar that allows you to select a year, a quarter in a year, or a month.
Browse and select a time period to view the graphs related to the workflow transactions handled during that time.
Tip:  
You can select multiple time periods in the calendar by clicking the start period and dragging the pressed mouse button to the adjacent time periods.
Objects
List of all objects in the Standard Project.
Select an object to view the graphs related to the workflow transactions of that object.
Users
List of all users who were created in Standard Project and those who have access to the Standard Project.
Select a user to view the graphs related to the workflow transactions in which he is an approver.
Rules
List of all workflow rules that are created in the Standard Project.
Select a rule to view the graphs related to the workflow transactions
Based on the filter criteria provided, the dashboard renders the New & Fnished and Approvals & Rejection graphs.
Note:  
Place the cursor on a bubble point in the graph to view the number of workflow transactions (new, finished, approved or rejected) and its corresponding last updated date.
5. If you click Top 10 Pending Items, you will see the summary tables:
*By Workflow: Displays the top ten oldest pending workflow transactions.
*By Object: Displays the top ten objects having maximum number of pending transactions.
*By Approver: Displays the top ten approvers having maximum number of pending workflow transactions.
