Designating a Backup User
Use this procedure to designate a backup user, for example, to support an employee who is out of the office.
To designate a backup user
1. On the Menu toolbar, click Personalize > User Profile.
2. Choose a backup user. To determine if the backup user is already a designated backup for another user, click Is already a backup user?
3. Select From and To dates for backup user period.
4. Click Save.
