Creating Organizations and Assigning to Users
Use the following procedure to create organizations and assign it to users. You must perform this step as a prerequisite before assigning stewardship attributes.
To create organizations and assign to users
1. On the Menu toolbar, click Manage > Manage Data.
2. Select the 2. Security Lookup Table Maintenance folder and click the Organization object.
3. On the Command toolbar, click Insert > Insert Multiple.
4. Add at least one organization each for Steward, Submitter, and Registration Authority.
You must select the Registration Authority Indicator in the Organization record for the Registration Authority.
5. Use the Contact links while editing the user to assign one or more organizations to the user.
