Changing Object Name, Filtering Attributes and Display Options
Change the object name from Administered Items (Steward Assignment) to Administered Items (Stewardship), add Steward Contact and Submitter Contact to the filter tab, and make Item Type a drop-down instead of a pop-up for selection.
To change an object name, filtering attributes and its display options
1. On the Menu toolbar, click Define > Objects.
2. Click the object Administered Item (Steward Assignment). Change the Name on the Definition tab to Administered Item (Stewardship).
3. Click Save.
4. To make Item Type a pop-up, click Edit Constraints on the Structure tab. Search for Item Type in the Foreign Key Constraints list.
5. Click the Edit icon to the left of the Constraint Name.
6. Select Show as dropdown in the field beside Display Options.
7. Click Save.
