Managing Values in an Administered Item Sub-Type Data Element
Use this procedure to edit a child entity for a data element.
To manage values in the child entity of a data element
1. From the Home portal or your Favorites menu, click the Administered Items object.
2. Select Data Element in the Administered Item drop-down. Click Next.
3. Click the Edit button to the left of the Data Element in the list of values.
4. Click the child entity from the tree on the left of the screen.
5. Click Insert.
6. Enter values as shown below, and click Save.
The new child entity value now appears on the screen as the sub/ dependent entity of the administered item.
