Managing Values for Administered Items
While viewing the values in the administered items object in the Data Manager module, users with sufficient privileges can edit and view records. The Edit screen displays a navigation pane with the administered item in a hierarchy with its child or dependent entities and a details pane with the details of the selected administered item.
The administered item attributes, Identifying/Definitional Attributes, Stewardship Attributes, and Administered Record display in the details pane. For information on configuring groups, see Implementing webMethods OneData.
Depending on the administered item type, additional attributes may display. Depending on the changes in your environment, the screen sections may be different.
The details pane displays the details for the entity selected in the navigation pane, either the parent or child entity. If you have sufficient privileges, you can edit and view detailed information by clicking on the Edit or View button in the details pane.
The navigation pane reflects the object that is selected. The commands in the Command toolbar change according to the selected sub-entity.
